These terms apply to every purchase made on RouteSIM. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

We sell prepaid eSIM data plans supplied by licensed mobile network partners. Coverage, speeds and network availability depend on the local operators and may vary.

2. Device compatibility

Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. Please check compatibility before buying. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.

3. Activation and validity

Each plan's validity period starts as described on the plan page, usually when the eSIM first connects to a supported network. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.

4. Fair use

Plans are intended for personal use while travelling. Unlimited plans may be subject to speed reductions after daily usage thresholds.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
